  20. This program is very flexible in the sense that you can specify how
  21. the interest is compounded and you can use varying payments and
  22. interest options.  There is a special feature in this program which
  23. allows you to calculate investment earnings as well.
  24.  
  25. This program is equipped to store each mortgage, loan and
  26. investment calculation.  The number of files that can be stored is
  27. only limited by your disk space.

  29. This program was designed with ease of use in mind.  On the menu
  30. screens, there are instructions and helpful hints to guide you
  31. through proper calculations.

  34. HOW THIS PROGRAM DIFFERS FROM MANY OTHERS
  35.  
  36. Similar programs use approximating formulas to calculate payments
  37. and terms, but this program does a true calculation.  This program
  38. will use an iterative formula.  It will calculate a payment amount
  39. to an accuracy of 0.001.

  42. VARYING PAYMENTS, VARYING INTEREST RATES AND FILE CALCULATION
  43. STORAGE

  45. Varying payments, varying interest rates and file storage takes
  46. place in the following main menu options:

  48.                     Amortization Calculator
  49.                     Amortization Chart
  50.                     Investment Earnings
  51.  
  52. In these 3 options, you will be able to store each calculation in
  53. a file as well as choose varying payments and interest rates.
  54. If you are unsure on how your lending institute calculates its
  55. mortgages, please check with them so you can enter the right
  56. figures in this program
  57.
